We recently manufactured calcium silicate pipe shoes for a combined cycle power plant. These pipe supports are fabricated from carbon steel and include calcium silicate insulation. They will be utilized on a high temperature pipe line of 1075 degrees F. The pre-insulated pipe supports are designed for a 12" pipeline and include 6" of insulation.

Custom Calcium Silicate Pipe Supports

These particular pipe supports are designed for a main steam piping system and for a load of 1500 lbs. The calcium silicate pipe shoes are custom fabricated for a special guided application that was specified by the customer.
